i m feeling pain in clitoris which becomes extreme at the time of urination. i had sex 4 days ago.

This could be due to yeast infection, accumulated secretions in the clitoral area, or excessive manipulation.
Also, it may indicate a condition known as vestibulitis that may be a part of bladder or urethral inflammation.
