Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Your symptoms (painful tingling sensation like electrical shock in both the feet) and nerve study, there is a possibility of compression of lumbo-sacral spinal nerve. When there is pressure on nerve roots also called as irritation of the nerve roots, the first symptoms to appear are pain and tingling.
This is what has probably happened in your case due to canal stenosis and narrowing of the canal through which these nerves pass.
Please discuss this with a neurologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
