I got a horrible sun burn on the front of my legs even after putting spf 30 on every 1.5 hours. I expected the pain, but not to this extent. And to go along with the typical pain and burning, I stood up this morning and felt extreme pain in my thigh muscles while standing. It hasn't gotten any better. I have put Sooth-A-Caine on my burns and taken tylonol for the pain and have soaked in the tub with cool water. What can I do? Why do my muscles hurt?
