About 2 weeks into basketball practice i started to have this pain in the ball of my foot. It felt as though something needed to pop. After the pain didnt go away i rubbed on my foot and on the inside edge of the ball of my foot(pad behind the big toe) i have calus there as well but when i rubbed on it i felt something roll around and felt pain. I have also had it just start aching while sitting doing nothing. I also have something similar to this on my other foot outside edge of the heal. Any idea what this could be?
