After sitting out on my deck the other day, I came inside and noticed small strange bumps on my thigh. They looked like small pimples, some have a white head on them. They spread up my stomach and side.They dont itch but are very painful to the touch. I now have about 100 or so of them and would like to find out what they are and how to get rid of them. Also, I live in Penn. if that helps. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
