painful rash on foreskin

Let me tell you my experience with a rash I had. Turns out it was exzema. I had cracked skin and it was red and burned. The Dr. gave me some cream and in about 3 days my problem was resolving itself. Jerking off with shampoo or soap can dry your willy up and cause it to rash and flare. Try lubrications such as ky jelly and quit wanking till it heals. If you have dry skin a Dr. can prescribe some strong cream to get things back to normal.
