Hello,
I've always been one to suffer from headaches, but recently I've been suffering from symptoms that are quite debilitating, and my GP has been unable to diagnose me. I'm 19 years old, male.
Whenever I get up after being stationary for a period of time, lift weights at the gym, go to the toilet, yawn -- activities of that type -- I feel a large amount of pounding from my neck to my temples, each one is painful and disorientating. In sync with the pumps, my vision jitters as well as sometimes fading to white (although that's quite rare).
I'm also suffering from a constant headache that's a dull achey headache behind my eyes/my forehead -- it's quite annoying but bearable (it feels like a pressure pushing outwards to my eyes).
I'm also suffering from extreme fatigue, even when sleeping 11 hours a day, after 6~ hours of being awake -- my concentration decreases exponentially, so after about 9hours I find it extremely hard to function -- this is affecting my work and is causing a large problem for me.
I also suffer from minor symptoms, such as hair loss, weight loss (although, that could also be from diet) and lack of concentration/memory (although this is most likely due to the fatigue).
Does anyone have any ideas of where I should go? This is quite debilitating and I'd very much like it to be cleared up.
