Painful Ovarian Cysts on right side

EVERY month I get horrible right sided pain. Its been going on for over a year. I know its caused from ovarian cysts I have had to many to count. They get worse with every one. A cat scan showed a 3.5 cm cyst in july. I am still waiting for my ulstrasound on Tues (after repeat visits into the doctor with the same complaint) This is so painfull and I know they form from ovulation. I have had my cervix and uterus removed be cause of prolapse. Could there be scar tissue and that is causing the repetitive cysts and pain? I am also losing handfuls of hair and am sometimes very nauseas. has anyone else dealt with the same thing?
