Hi, i am a 20 year old gay male. For the past few years ( before i had sex even) i have always expereinced bowel promlems constipation etc. I had bleeding my dr said it was a fissure, the other day after having a bowel movement, i saw bleeding on the tissue and my anus became sore the next day there was a painful bump, i assumed it was a hemmorhoid, but today when i looked at it in a mirror there was a tiny opening in the center it was darkened, can it be a hemmorhiod that has opened or something more serious?
