Q: Painful Lumps in both arm pits

A few weeks ago I had a bruise feeling in my right arm pit, later on that night I was looking and feeling around that area and i had felt 2 lumps. A few days ago I felt the same thing but only in the left arm pit. I wanted to know if these are symptoms of Cancer?

There is some breast tissue under the arms. So a lump there could indicate breast cancer. But it could also mean that you have swollen lymph nodes in both armpits. I think only a doctor can give you an exact diagnosis.
