Q: painful lumps in abdominal area

I have painful lumps under the skin in my abdominal area. The area starts out painful to the touch and then becomes bruised like and red. They seem to be spreading. I'm wondering what this could be.

I'm not exactly sure what to tell you. Have your lumps increased or improved? One thing I found is this website which helps determine the causes of skin rashes. Here it is if you're interested:
