What could be the cause of painful lump under the armpit(right armpit), i also have been having plain discharges from my nipples for about 2years now(it happens whenever i squeez my nipples).

hello and welcome to e health forum.

Such a painful lump with prior history of discharge from the nipple could be a inflammed lymph node or a metastatic lymph node (associated with breast cancer).

You might consult your doctor for a proper examination and tests including a breast ultrasound and proper treatment.
