Thanks in advance for any answers. I just got over a bout of hemorrhoids but now I'm having a different kind of pain...

When I use the bathroom, I get an intense pain above my anus. Almost like a couple of muscles are going wild and crazy. When I feel around down south, I notice a large lump on my bottom about an inch north of my rectum. The lump stretches across my bottom.

The pain is intense, almost to the point of me blacking out. So, it's only happening during BM's, the lump is large and doesn't resemble any hemorrhoid I've ever had, and the pain subsides slowly after about 20 minutes.

Any ideas?
