Q: Painful erections

Hi
for the last month or so i have had this probelem;
When i get an erection my penis is painfull and my errection will
not last long.Can you please advice as i am too scared to go to my GP.

A painful erection could be the result of any of these conditions: lichen sclerosis, priapism, Peyronie's disease, phimosis and other penis conditions (infections, cancer, etc.), side effect from certain medicines… The real cause can be revealed only with a medical examination.

I believe that a urologist will help you more than your GP. There is nothing to be scared or ashamed of. Doctors serve only to help people.
