For a few years on and off I have been having a dream where I'm sleeping. Lately it has been anytime I goto sleep weather it be for 30 mins or 8 hours. Anyways... The dream is a sort of out of body experience. I feel like I'm still in my body but in my mind somehow I feel as if I can see myself and the things happening. I feel TOTALLY immobilized and can't move. It hurts when I do try to move. I'm not a religious person nor do I have any faith of any at all... But it feels almost as if I had a soul it's trying to be ripped from me, or something else. As it feels like in the movies when a whole other person comes out of the other people. It's disturbing and makes me not want to sleep at all. As it does hurt and I did not know dreams were supposed to hurt?
