Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The appearance of ‘bumps on my vaginal pubic area’ (white with little redish/pinkish stuff) in presence of a history of shaving should be investigated for contact dermatitis, fungal infection or even bacterial infection.
Contact dermatitis can be due to allergy to something that came in contact with this area like soap, power, shaving blade, undergarments etc. This is also seen more if a person has high blood sugar level or diabetes. The dermatitis on healing leaves black marks which can be reduced by creams for local application.
Please consult a skin specialist as beyond this it is difficult to comment on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
