I would get it checked out. If only to give you some reassurance. They will probably be able to give you an idea what it might be and what to watch for in the future, if anything.

That could easily be a pimple. When pimples break out where there is hair, they can be very painful and sensitive to touch.

I agree with Marianne0558. I think it is a pimple as well.

hey don worry about that, even m agree with marianne0558 and antigone...sometimes its bcoz of hair plucked out carelessely or rough interaction to some part . A month back i also had same problem and consult to doctor. If you having so much pain then you can ask for antibiotic.

You only need antibiotic if the area is infected.
This will be most noted by a greenish color.
