About a week ago my one of my two front teeth and the other two on the other side of it started to hurt, the next day a bump started to form behind them. Its a little bit smaller then a dime now. I was wondering what this is cause it really hurts. I would go to the dentist but ive got no insurance

It could be an abscess/ boil. I had a recurrent boil on my gum line above my front teeth and went to the dentist. I wound up getting two root canals.
It may not mean that you, personally, need a root canal. But it is an indication that something is wrong with your teeth, so you should get to the dentist as soon as possible.
