Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The painful breasts and the altered vaginal discharge could suggest pregnancy. Not all women tend to get implantation bleed and morning sickness. Do not rely on it for confirmation of pregnancy.
Follow the instructions as given by your treating doctor. Be in complete bed rest and avoid intercourse until the pregnancy is confirmed.
Report back to your treating doctor if the cramps increase in intensity, duration or frequency.
Take care.
