For the last couple of days, I've had this pressure and pain in my lower abdomin, possibly my bladder? I feel like I need to urinate often, but not much comes out. I also have pain when sitting. Could it be a UTI??

YES
I would go to your doctor immediately so you can start antibiotics. Anytime frequent urination but no peeing occurs it's safe to assume it's your bladder. Especially when you are experiencing pain in that region. Get some cranberry juice (it flushes the urinary track) or cranberry extract pills and set up and apt with your doctor immediately. You want to catch it before it spreads in to your kidneys.
