Pain with urination /

I been having pain with urination and testicles pain, I also feel the pain in my lower abdomen and lately lower back.
I have been to the doctor and have done urine test and culture few times. but no abnormalities. I read the test and it does say protein and wb for white blood cell. but there was no growth in culture. I just did another urine test and sperm culture that i am waiting for result. I hope they are able to find out what causing my problems. I also can't eat sweet, because it makes the pain so much more, so i have to watch what i eat, acutally there are others food that i can't eat beside sugar, like fried food, they all make my condition worst. Do you think this is a virus, or bacteria. I also been reading about candida, do you think it could be candida. One other things is that since the whole thing started i became so fatigue, spent most of my time at home.
