Lately ive been noticing that I get what I think is a swollen lymph node around my genitals when it about time for my period. It is usually painless, and goes away afterward. This time around, I masterbated earlier in the day before I started and now the swollen gland is uncomfortable, not so much painful, just more of a annoyance. Is this just a result of the masterbating aggravating it? (Hope its nothing more cuz Im umemployed at the moment)

Your ingunial lymph node is located in your top, inner leg (>V (the 'V' is the shape of your outer genitals, and the '>' would be right around where your lymph node is, in the inner leg, on both sides)) I hoped that help, I tried.
Lymph nodes are part of the immune system, and if its swollen, it's fighting of an infection. Whether its bacterial or viral. It can also be some kinds of cancer. If it comes and goes, your body is most likely fighting an infection, if you notice its swollen all the time, talk to your doctor, especially if you have had family diagnosed with cancer.
