Hey, I'm a 20 year old male and I'm having some serious sexual concerns. No matter how hard i try i can never achieve orgasm or ejaculate. Since age 13 i haven't really masturbated much because it just does nothing for me. I recently had sex for the first time with the same outcome. What usually happens is the more aroused i get, the more blood gets pumped into my penis until it gets to a point of extreme pain, and if anything touches it at that point, not matter how softly it is very painful. Even when my partner began performing oral sex, i had to ask her to stop because of the pain i was in.

I need serious help but I'm too embarrassed to go to a doctor.

I'm sorry to say this, but only a doctor can answer your questions. It is not normal to have that much pain when aroused, and you should be able to preform intercourse, unless something is wrong. That said, you really do need to visit a doctor. It could be a lot of different things, and only a doctor can fix it for you. Once he does, you can have an extremely great time- don't miss out and visit your doc ASAP.
