I'm 17 and I've had unprotected sex. Recently I've been diagnosed with a UTI but everything seemed fine until last week. I started having really smelly discharge I'm very itchy and when i pee the burning feel that felt nothing like when i had my UTI. Last night after being in severe pain i thought i might have razor burn because i itched really bad and noticed tiny bumps around my prepuce and clit their red and itchy thats it. I talked to my boyfriend asking him if he had a std and he said no but he is getting tested on monday just to calm my nerves, could i possibly have a std?

A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge with unpleasant odor, accompanied with pain and itching when urinating can be a sign of trichomoniasis, a vaginal infection with organism called Trichomonas vaginalis.
It is a type of STD usually caught by unprotected sexual intercourse.
Oral antibiotics are treatment of choice.
Even if the T.vaginalis isn't a cause, your symptoms can be explained only as STD symptoms, so, you'll need to get tested.

Im not sure about the red bumps, but besides that it sounds like a pretty average UTI.

UTI can be due to a sexually transmitted bacteria or protozoa.
