After laying down, I sleep on my back, I begin having sharp pain under my breast bone and in my back under my shoulder blade. Its like the pain is going straight through me. The pain is worse if I try to take a deep breath. I have no insurance nor money to see a doctor. I do not know what to do. Could this just be muscle spasms?

You really do need to see a doctor. If your pain is that severe you should go to the emergency room for care.
