Q: Pain week after surgical abortion

i had a surgical abortion a week ago and i didnt bleed for the first 4 days...then i started staining a little and now a bit more...like if i was in my period...and i know all of this is normal..but im having cramps like if i were in my period...and they r getting stronger each day...instead of feeling better im getting more pain as time passes by... should i go back to the clinic and get something done?? is there a chance something isnt right....im just scared for perforations or that something is just not right...
