Last night i developed a pain under my right shoulder blade it is a constant pain which i can only describe a a dull cramp but on top of this pain i also get a very intense pain that is coming and going in the same area, its hard to describe the pain all a can say is that its a cramping/burning and can be very intense, but i also have numbness to the skin and my right arm feels dead, also shortness of breath and a few times i have felt as though im getting palpatations, i have a slight cough but no chest pain, i thought it could be muscular but it doesnt "feel" muscular and i can move it freely without pain, i have taken some ibuprofen this morning and its taken the edge of it but im still in pain, Please if anyone could give me an insight into what this could be i would really appriciate it,
