Q: Pain under right rib

I had my gall bladder removed 3 years ago. Since then I have a throbbing pain daily under my right rib where my gall bladder used to be. It bothers me so much I have had a sonogram every year to see if there isnt some other issue. Now, in addition to the pain under my right rib, I have it under my left rib. could it be my liver? I dont have any digestion problems, no fever, good energy etc. Just pain daily! I am worried and appreciate your guidance. thanks.
