This started in april. I ate bacon and eggs and about 1/2 hour later developed a sever pain in the middle of the upper abdomen. Had this for about 4 months now. had hida scan 75% along with every other test. Sunday had bacon and eggs and after about 1/2 to 1 hr. my upper abdomen hurt so bad for about 3 to 4 hrs, then it went away. No pain under the rt rib cage just a little prick on occasion. Could this still be related to the gallbladder. Thank you for your time on this matter.

Pain that starts in the upper middle abdomen or upper right abdomen and is brought on by eating greasy or fatty foods, is most likely due to gallbladder diseases, like gallstones or cholecystitis.
Upper middle abdominal pain that is triggered by eating fatty foods can be due to pancreatitis, too.
Pancreatitis, can result when gallstones become lodged in the pancreatic duct, and when this is combined with the long term consumption of fatty and rich foods, it results in an enormous strain on the pancreas and ultimately leads to pancreatitis.

Visit your physician and ask for pancreatic functioning tests!
