Hi, I am a 42 year old female having sharp pains that radiate from my ribs to my back. I get the pain on both my right and left side not at the same time though and sometimes the pain goes up to just below my breast area. It seems tender and sore, if you press on my stomach in that area it seems to hurt. I had gastric bypass in July of 2007, in Dec of 2007 I had a hernia due to the weight loss, then in May of 2008 I had to have my galbladder removed and my hernia repaired. At this present time I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia, low blood sugar. This pain the doctors don't seem to be to concerned with, I did have a ct scan and a coloscopy because I am also having diarehhia issues as well both tests came back normal. What is causing this pain it is very uncomfortable and seems to be there more often than not lately. Hope you can help!
