hello i am 29 female and i am in waiting to have my gall bladder removed now i am hurting real bad under my left ribs and around the left side and i was needing to know if it could be something serious i need to o back to the er

rib pain

I have had my gall bladder out a year ago.I have always had a discomfort accross that area.No adhesions.Left and right upper rib pain
