Q: Pain under left rib cage diagnosis

It started out several years ago only bothering me when I bent over too far. And it was more like a burning sensation. I chalked it up to needing lose weight, because when my weight was down, I did not really notice it.

Now, for the last 4 days, I feel it all of the time. And it really hurts to bend over and when I stretch. It is almost like there is something there.

Any ideas before I head off to the doctor? Could it be a muscle?
