Had hernia inguinal surgery(open, mesh) half year ago, I have been suffering from pain in upper portion of my right scrotum since the surgery, and painusually came up after some daily activities.I had to ware athletic support and take advil/aleve daily.Recently, the pain got even worse and I also had pain in pubic area again which leaded me to the surgery. I have visited the surgeon five times after surgery. and it seems he lost the interest after the surgery, just kept telling me the pain would go away evenually.I used to play football and I even couldn't run and walk too much. it has much more trouble than before the surgery.
anybody happens to know a good responsible, caring surgeon in Dallas area, could you share the information to me? thanks a lot. the pain is killing me....

in Dallas erea....thanks

it seemed to me that the hernia surgery caused chronic pain in my right scrotum for more than 5 months. I visited the surgeon again and again. he insisted the surgery was good.I tried to seek a second opinion from the other surgeons.however, I even couldn't make an appoinment because once I said I needed a second opinion, they just simply refused me, saying the doctor only see new and exiting patients. What can I do? so frustrated.why so called "safe, simple" minor surgery caused such tremendous trouble????
I am in plano/dallas

P.S. Merry christmas to everyone. anyway
