Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this, Im working in Japan at the moment and feeling a bit isolated.

4 days ago I started to get a pain running from temple to temple, directly behind the eyes. The pain is now continuous and persists when I try to sleep, and other symptoms have developed. Including:

An old scar on my face is now very sensative.
My jaw aches
One of my teet aches (no idea if this is related)
I have a pain running down my throat and into my chest
My spine hurts when I walk.
An old hernia scar is swollen and painful
I feel generally terrible (the experience is similar to having a bad hangover but Ive had nothing to drink for over a week)

Any advice would be very gratefully received

Thanks
Steve

I recommend a visit to the chiropractor. Getting an all-over mechanical activator adjustment will do worlds of good. After that see how you are feeling (might take a few visits given the extremity of your condition) and then post again if you still have some symptoms.

You might also be dehydrated. Try to drink more water. You might also have the flu or cold. The jaw ache the chiro can take care of by adjusting it.
