About 2 weeks ago I began having severe on again off again lower back pain and it has since then begun radiating up my back to severe pain between my shoulder blades. I am and 18 year old female and I do a lot of lifting of infants and toddlers through work, but have not for the past week and it has not gotten any better. Anyone know whats up with me?

You need to see your primary physician first and see what he/she thinks.

There could many, many causes not necessarily spinal that is causing your pain.

Good luck
