i have been having some pain the right side of my brain followed with shortness of breath and lower abdorman pain. when i touch the spot that my head is hurting me it shifts and then goes back to the pain increasing with more pain. my hands has been shaking recklessly and i feel like sometimes i am going to pass out but don't really but mainly my head is hurting me the most on the right side.please respond
