I have this pain that started on the right side of my abdomen, then it went around my back and now my belly button and down below. It feels weird, sometimes like a stabbing pain and sometime is just a pain that comes and goes.

Think about gallstones, a hernia, shingles, muscle strain, kidney stones, colitis. The differential diagnosis, which is to say the list of possibilities in order of likelihood, depends on your age, gender, known medical conditions, how long the pain has been there, associated symptoms (nausea, fever, pain with passing urine etc etc). Tell your doctor, let him/her take a good history and do a thorough physical.
