pain on left side by hip,spotting for the last week,feeling sick most days.very tried can you help me out cheers bms

The data you reported is not sufficient for definitive diagnose.
You might want to visit your gynecologist and have pelvic ultrasound especially for the left ovary, which might be affected by some of the following disorders: ovarian cyst, endometriosis or just reacting bad to hormonal imbalance.
