I am having a lot of pain on the left and right side of my torso. It begins just under the rib cage and continues down to my hips. It started this morning when I got up and went away for alittle bit but now its back and worse than ever. I havent self-medicated, i.e., Advil, Tylenol but it also doesnt feel like a muscle pull. It feels like someone sticking a SWORD through one side and its pushed out of the other side and then twisting. I did not do anything strenous to result in muscle pain but I can seem to think of what else this could probably be.

PLEASE HELP!!
