hmmmmmmmm some girls lost their hymens without sex sometimes it is due to exercise or riding or any that kind of activities, the pain is related to ur body its pain badly but for the first time not after the second and so on and the good age for the sex is that when u are responsible and have enough knowledge about sex and also you have control during sex the pain during first time is like burning or like some1 puts a hard thing in a small hole very tightly hopefully you are satisfy with my answer

there typically is no good or appropriate age for sex,
its mostly if you can deal with the possible out comes of your and your partner having sex. and its better if you keep your viriginty until you really feel like your with the right person. For me it hurt alot because i was very tight, but if you masterbate your a little more loose. it felt like someone was putting alot pressure for the first 5 mins but after it was all good.
