It just sounds like a pulled muscle.

I had the very same problem. It could be a pulled muscle. I had a problem with my gall bladder and had to have it removed. You need to get it checked out with a doctor. Better to be safe and see a doc. Good luck !!

There is a very good possibility that it's a muscle that has gone into spasmism...most likely due to it having been pulled or you having hurt your back in some way.

Have you done any heavy lifting/pushing?

I would definately see a doctor. My reasoning is that if it were just a pulled muscle, I dont think it would hurt the way you say when you eat. I learned the hard way dealing with the pain for 3 mos and now I have an even bigger problem with a gallstone that backed up in my bile duct to my pancreas. And now I have chronic pancreatitis. Either way, it is good to do to the Dr and find one you are comfortable with. This way you have someone who is aware of your problem ahead of time. It also gets you more comfortable in that environment. The older you get, the more you have to deal with them. It took the Dr asking me if I wanted my kids to have a mom around for me to overcome my fear/dread of going to the dr to wake me up. Least of all talk to an adult you trust. They can be there to walk you through this. You are very young to be going through this alone. Even if it is nothing, it is better to be safe than sorry. Hope that helps and good luck.
