Q: Pain left side low stomach

Mostly left side and middle just above the hair line. Pain is sharp. Feel a little dizzy and nausea. Had mirena put in 3 weeks ago, havent stopped menstrual bleeding since, heavier today.

I am having severe pains on my lower abdomen since i got pregnant. I am almost 8 weeks pregnant now. What is the cause of it?
