Q: pain in upper thighs

is pain in upper thighs and buttocks area a sign of pregnancy? i am late by 6 days in my period and been experiencing pain in my upper thighs since a few days ago. i wonder if this is a sign of pregnancy, since all the 5 hpt i took all say negative

No, that isn't a pregnancy symptom. Go see your doctor if you don't get your period and continue getting negative HPTs.
