Extremely eHealthy
If this is a pain located at the upper middle abdomen just below the breast bone and it feels as it radiates to the back, it is most likely due to stomach disorders like gastritis or ulcer.
Pain that is located under the right rib cage and it spreads to the upper back between the shoulder blades it may indicate a gallbladder disease.
Gradual or sudden pain in the upper left abdomen that sometimes extends through the back, may indicate a case of pancreatitis.

Best wishes!

I have stomach bloating, mainly to the right along w/nausea for the past 4 days, radiates to my upper back rt side. Today @ work I felt a sharp pain on my right upper side that made me jump, I'm kinda scared, I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any answers? I forgot to mention I already had my gallblader out last year. To be honest after my gallbladder removal I have not been feeling all that great, it kinda feels as if I still have a gallbladder, I have same pressure feeling on that same area.
