Pain in upper left corner of head ?

even if i move a few strands of hair from that region, it hurts like hell... why is that d case? n there r recurring headaches... d day on which they occur, i am unable to do anything else, and feel like lying in bed all the time...but lying down makes me restless...and worsens the condition..especially as i have a habit of moving a lot while sleeping.
