Current medical status: hi this is zaid. 3 months ageo i felt pain in my left(testicle). and that pain occurs when my penis become's erect(while trying to masturbate) with having pain my left testicle in also becomes large in size. But after and hour or two it comes back to its original size and shape and after that there is no pain in my left testicle. can u plz tell me why this pain occur. is there any thing bad . i will be thankful to you if you give me the answer, i will wait

During erection the genital organs are filled with blood. That is most visible with the penis (erection), but other organs are affected, too. This overflow can sometimes be excessive and cause too much blood to come in the testicles, thus causing pain. The left testicle is more affected due to anatomical causes (the left testicle is usually larger and positioned lower). The condition is not pathological. Masturbating for a shorter period might decrease the frequency and intensity of the pain.

You might want to visit a urologist to check for urinary or genital infections and the presence of varicocele which might worsen the condition.
