My partner has been suffering for a few weeks with occasional pain in the forehead and behavioural changes like agression and mood swings. Shes tired a lot and seems low in mood. She has these episodes where she gets agressive and then upset then falls asleep after its over and cant remember them happening afterwards. She blacked out twice and gets out of breath very easily, shes only 21 and im worried but she dosent seem to think anythings wrong. What could it be? She cant seem to grasp that anything is wrong.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Headache, mood disorders, tiredness and lack of knowledge of symptoms indicate a complex neurological problem.

A complete examination and additional medical history, would be helpful to make a definitive diagnosis.

You might consult a neurologist or a psychiatrist for a expert opinion and proper treatment.
