Pain Management Answer A4961
Current medical status: Pain in my right index finger: felt between the first joint, and the knuckle. Can't write, type or use the mouse on my laptop without feeling pain. Also felt if I use other fingers on my right hand
Current medical treatment: None.

It is very hard to say what causes your pain without a physical examination of the finger(s). An x-ray image may also be requested to diagnose your disorder.

You could consult your GP, first.
