Pain in the back , top and side of head Posted: 05-20-08 23:26pm
I was washing dishes one day and my muscle
on my shoulder were getting tire and tight
but it was tiring as well. they were
saying it was stress, but the pain went
from my shoulders to the neck to to the
back of my head. so, everytime I would lay
down, I couldn't lay streight on on my
back it became very uncomfortable.
sometimes is hard to get up in the
mornings, so lately I been staying on bed,
which this is unusual 4 me, sometimes I
walk around holding my head is not a
headache I already know that much.

Was this pain preceded with some trauma?
Do you find your neck and shoulders
stiffed?
Is this pain a dull, achy or like
sensation of tightness?
Are you stressing, too much?
