I am 15 years old, and out of the blue I have began to experience relatively severe pain in my left testicle. It has been going on for 7 maybe 8 hours. I do not recall being hit, in any way. It only hurts when touched or moved. If I am walking it hurts as it is being hit against my leg. It hurts especially if pulled down. I do not see any signs of swelling or redness.

Can somebody tell me what I should do?

See a doctor!
After reading, most sites say to see a doctor immediatel for blood might be cut off and deterioration takes place.
